Secretarial Compliance The National E-Governance Services Ltd (NeSL) on February 10, 2026, issued a circular regarding SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.

The following has been stated: -

•SHCIL e-Stamping services will be unavailable due to maintenance from February 13, 2026, 8:00 PM to February 14, 2026, 1:00 AM, so users should plan DDE transactions accordingly.

•However, DDE services will remain available for GRAS states: Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal.
