The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 11, 2026, issued revised Operational Guidelines – Liquidity Window Facility for Investors in Debt Securities through the Stock Exchange Mechanism in continuation to Exchange Notice No. 20251024-25 dated October 24, 2025.
The revised Operational Guidelines for availing the Liquidity Window facility through the Stock Exchange mechanism. The revisions pertain to the role of the Designated Stock Exchange (DSE) in the allocation process (please refer to Point 5 of the revised guidelines for details) has been attached to the document below.
All debt issuers and market intermediaries are requested to take note of the revised provisions of the operational guidelines.
