Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on February 12, 2026, issued a circular regarding the re-triggering of E-ASM on Turmeric Contracts, 2026.

The following has been stated: -

•E-ASM of 2.5% has been re-triggered on Turmeric contracts due to high price variation and will apply to running and upcoming contracts.

•The margin will remain effective until March 06, 2026.

•Other commodities have separate applicability dates, while several remain not applicable (NA).

•All existing margins and surveillance measures will continue as per current rules.
