The Government of Haryana, on February 11, 2026, issued the Haryana Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2026, to further amend the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993.
The following have been stated namely:-
• For rule 67A, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “67A. Age for operating various type of transport vehicles under various types of permits.– The age for operation of various types of transport vehicles under various types of permits in the State of Haryana, shall be as under :-
Type of Permit:- All India Tourist permit
National Capital Region area:- 12 years in case of petrol/CNG Vehicles
Non-National Capital Region:- 12 years in case of petrol/CNG vehicles
