The Government of Maharashtra, on February 13, 2026, notified regarding the registration Certificate Issuance Order under Section 41 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
The following have been stated namely:-
• The registration certificate of the institution taking care of children under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, Social Economic Development Board, K Rawadi, Sanchalit Swapibhumi Balruhi K Rawadi Taluka, Palak District, Parbhani, has been confirmed on 18.11.2021. It has been decided to issue a registration certificate for a period of 5 years from the date of the said notification. 19.11.2021. The said notification will be issued directly at the institution-wise registration certificate at the administrative level.
• The said Administrative Order has been made available on the website of the Government of Maharashtra, www.maharashtra.gov.in and its serial number is 202602131602292930. This Administrative Order is being issued under the authority of the Government of Maharashtra.
