Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 13, 2026, issued a circular regarding the review of Volatility Scan Range (VSR) for Option Contracts in the Commodity Derivatives Segment.

The following has been stated: -

•This circular continues earlier communication and refers to the Securities and Exchange Board of India guidelines on Volatility Scan Range (VSR) for commodity options.

•It specifies applicable VSR rates for March 2026 for selected commodities and their variants.

•VSR set at Copper 5%, Gold 4%, Silver 6%, Zinc 6%, Crude Oil 33%, and Natural Gas 6%.

•Members are advised to take note and ensure compliance with the updated VSR requirements.
