The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on February 14, 2026, issued a circular under File No. U-25/12/165to169/2024-MedicalV (E-754406), regarding Item Nos. 1812 and 1813 (Inj. Cetuximab) under DG-ESIC Rate Contract No. 167.
The Corporation has informed that its earlier Circular of even number dated January 02, 2026 (Console No. 24046/2026) stands withdrawn with immediate effect. Consequently, procurement of Inj. Cetuximab shall no longer be governed by the withdrawn circular.
All concerned authorities have been directed to carry out the purchase of Inj. Cetuximab strictly in accordance with Circular No. U-25/12/Action Plan/2021-MedV (e-file)/07 dated January 09, 2026 (Console No. 24129/2026 dated January 12, 2026). The circular has been issued with the approval of the Competent Authority for strict compliance.
