Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 13, 2026, notified regarding the Connectivity and Colocation Initiatives - Revision in Annual Recovery Charges (ARC).

The following has been stated:

• This circular partially modifies earlier NSE circulars dated April 29, 2025, relating to Lease Line Connectivity via POP locations and Colocation facilities. As part of its ongoing review of connectivity offerings, the Exchange has revised the Annual Recovery Charges (ARC) applicable to message rate categories subscribed by members.

• Under the revised structure, ARC will be charged at 50% of the existing rates for Wednesdays and Thursdays for all subscribed message rate categories (except Category A links, where existing zero-ARC benefits under specified conditions continue). For all other weekdays, ARC will continue to be levied at the current base rates. The revised charges apply to both Non-Colocation (POP-based leased lines) and Colocation facilities, except that higher categories (F to H) are applicable only for POP-based leased lines.

• The updated ARC structure provides concessional rates mid-week (Wednesday and Thursday), while maintaining standard rates for the rest of the week. Applicable taxes will be charged additionally, and ARC will be levied proportionately based on the subscription period. The Exchange retains the right to revise charges or operational modalities at its discretion.

• The revised ARC framework will be effective from February 16, 2026.
