The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on February 10, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of time for objections on APDISCOMs’ Performance Petitions.
The following has been stated: -
•APDISCOMs have filed Performance Petitions for FY 2024–25 before the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, and stakeholders were invited to submit views as per the public notice dated January 29, 2026.
•Upon requests from stakeholders, the Commission has extended the deadline for submission of objections/suggestions up to February 18, 2026.
•APDISCOMs must file their replies to objections by February 25, 2026.
•The public hearing is scheduled on March 04, 2026, at 11:00 AM at APERC, Kurnool, in both physical and online modes.
