The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) (BoPTER) on January 22, 2026, issued a notification regarding uploading of pending RoPs in the Non-Engineering Portal.
The following has been stated: -
•All establishments registered under the Non-Engineering Apprenticeship Portal are informed that Certificates of Proficiency (CoP) for FY 2021–22, 2022–23, and 2023–24 are pending due to the non-uploading of Reports of Progress (RoP).
•Login credentials and the upload link have already been shared via email, and the portal is also accessible through the official website.
•Establishments must upload all pending RoPs by January 31, 2026, contacting concerned State Officers if login details are required.
•Failure to comply within the deadline will lead to issuance of CoP based on average assessment, and no further requests will be considered.
