The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on February 16, 2026, notified regarding the Extension of DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Ay. 9 issued vide No. U15/13/6/ Ayur.-9/2022-AYUSH.
The Director General, ESIC has approved the extension of existing Rate Contract No. Ay.9 from January 17, 2026 to June 16, 2026 (previously extended from November 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026), or until the finalization of the new Rate Contract, whichever is earlier.
The extension is subject to the following conditions:
• The firm must agree to continue supplies under the same terms and conditions of the existing contract.
• No orders shall be placed for drugs declared “Not of Standard Quality.”
• Supply orders must be placed only with first preference (L-1) holders.
• All previous amendments/orders related to Rate Contract No. Ay.9 must be considered while placing supply orders.
The list of L-1 approved drugs under the contract is enclosed for necessary action.
