Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on February 18, 2026, notified regarding the Convenience and Ease of the Trading for the Clients.

The following has been stated namely: -

• This is in continuation to Exchange notice no. 20240704-40 dated July 04, 2024, on the convenience and ease of Trading for the clients. Key requirements of the notice are:

• To provide Interoperability to all clients, facilitating the release of the client’s margin intra-day and not withholding till the end of the day.

• To provide all trading products across segments across exchanges (based on their membership) on their trading platforms, including Web & Mobile. 

• At the time of an order entry, the Member’s trading platform, including Web & Mobile to display the prices of scrip/contracts from all the exchanges (where the member is active) to facilitate execution of orders at best price.

• It has come to our knowledge that some Members’ trading applications (mobile, web, and desktop) currently have a default exchange selected, rather than displaying prices across Exchanges to facilitate executing trades at the best available price.
