The Government of Uttar Pradesh on February 07, 2026, issued the Uttar Pradesh Electronics Manufacturing Policy-2020 (Second Amendment) to further amend the Uttar Pradesh Electronics Manufacturing Policy-2020 promulgated by IT & Electronics Section-1 vide Notification No. 1198/78-1-2020-05IT/2020 dated August 20, 2020, as amended by Notification No. 1830/78-1-2022-05IT/2020 dated November 18, 2022.
The Uttar Pradesh Electronics Manufacturing Policy-2020 (Second Amendment), dated August 20, 2025, will be valid for two years or until a new policy/amendment is made by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, whichever is earlier.
