NCDEX issued a circular regarding the Bulk file upload of Unique Client code

Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on February 18, 2026, issued a circular regarding the Bulk file upload of Unique Client code.

All members are informed that the maximum number of records permitted per UCC bulk file is being revised from 199 to 500. The revised limit will be applicable for file uploads through the following path in the NCFE portal: 

NCFE → Client → UCC Bulk Upload 

The above change will be effective from February 23, 2026. 

The existing file format will continue to be used and validations for the bulk upload file will remain unchanged, with the only modification being the revised file size limit. The members may continue to refer to the existing file format available at: 

NCDEX Website → Download → UCC File Format (Membership) 

All the Members and their constituents are hereby requested to take note of the above change and ensure necessary operational adjustments in their systems and process.
