Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Textiles (MoT) on February 16, 2026, issued amendments to an older notification no. S.O. 1830(E), dated April 22, 2025, related to the mandatory Jute Packaging Order for Commodities.

In the said order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters "up to the 30th June, 2025”, the words, figures and letters “up to the 30th June, 2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier" shall be substituted.
