The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on January 15, 2026, issued the Guidance Document for Registration of Collection Agent-2 at EPR Portal for Used Oil Management.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This SoP shall be applicable to the Collection Agent of used oil, who get registered as “Collection Agent-2” on the Used Oil EPR portal
• The Guidance for filling of Applications by Collection Agent has been stated in the SoP.
• Once the application is submitted by Collection Agent, the CPCB will follow the procedure prescribed for processing the application for grant of registration.
