The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 13, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of the Corrective Action Report pertaining to the System Audit Report of Trading Members for the period ended September 30, 2025.
The following has been stated:
• It has reminded trading members to submit the Corrective Action Report (CAR) for any non-compliances identified in the System Audit Report for the audit period ending September 30, 2025. Trading members shall take corrective actions for the issues reported by auditors and submit the CAR along with supporting documents by March 31, 2026, through the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) portal.
• After reviewing the corrective actions, the auditor will update the compliance status as Compliant or Non-Compliant on the BEFS portal.
• Members have also been advised to note the earlier exchange notice on revised penalties and disciplinary actions related to System Audit and Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit submissions, and ensure timely compliance.
