Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Himachal Pradesh on February 27, 2026, issued the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning (Eighteenth Amendment) Rules, 2026, to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Rules, 2014.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The following sub-rule has been inserted under Rule 16 namely: -

“(7) The fee for availing Premium FAR (Floor Area Ratio) in Real Estate Projects use shall be as specified”

This shall come into force on February 27, 2026.
