The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on March 16, 2026, notified regarding the submission of the Status of Readiness and Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Digital Platforms.
It has mandated all regulated entities to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements. As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India circular dated December 8, 2025, members shall report the status of accessibility compliance of their digital platforms (such as websites, mobile apps, and portals). This submission is compulsory and must be completed through the NCFE portal (Annual Return → Digital Platform Accessibility) by March 31, 2026. Members are advised to ensure timely compliance.
