The Tax Department, Govt. of Kerala on March 11, 2026, issued an amendment to the older notification no. G. O. (P) No. 115/2023/TAXES dated September 04, 2023, regarding the Online Sale of Toddy Shops.
In the said notification, in the Appendix, under the heading “ANNUAL RENTAL OF TODDY SHOPS FOR THE YEARS 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026”, under the sub-heading “THIRUVANANTHAPURAM”,—
• against the entry “Chirayinkeezhu” in column (3), after the shop number 10 in column (4) the following entries shall respectively be inserted, in column (4), (5) and (6), namely:—
“11 Keezhattingal 120600”.
• against the entry “Varkala” in column (3), shop number 10 in column (4) and the entries against it in columns (5) and (6) shall be omitted.
