The Government of Delhi on March 19, 2026, issued notification regarding approval for renewal and grant of new L-30 licenses for licensing year 2026-2027.
The Competent Authority has approved the renewal and grant of new L-30 licenses for the licensing year 2026–27 on the same terms and conditions as previous excise years (2022–23 to 2025–26).
The license fee structure requires online payment of ₹10,000 for 3 years and ₹20,000 for 5 years, along with any additional renewal fees applicable under Rule 41 of the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010.
License holders must comply with the provisions of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, relevant rules, and instructions issued by the Excise Department from time to time.
