The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 19, 2026, notified regarding the Mock trading session in the Futures & Options segment on Saturday, March 21, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session in the Futures & Options (F&O) segment on March 21, 2026, to be conducted in two phases—first from the Primary Site and then from the Backup (BCP/DR) Site. In Session-1 (Primary Site), the pre-open session will run from 11:00 AM to 11:08 AM (with random closure in the last minute), followed by the normal market from 11:15 AM to 2:00 PM.
• In Session-2 (BCP Site), the pre-open session will be held from 2:45 PM to 2:53 PM (again with random closure), and the normal market will operate from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, with trade modification allowed till 3:40 PM.
• Additionally, a live re-login window is provided from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Members are required to use NEAT+ version 7.8.7 and follow the prescribed guidelines, including participation requirements and procedures for system switchover to the Disaster Recovery site as detailed in the annexures.
