Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 19, 2026, notified regarding the Investor PAN Updation in RTA records.

The following has been stated:

• Kfin Tech has introduced PAN-based validation for non-demat mutual fund transactions (purchase, redemption, switch, SIP/STP/SWP) on the BSE StAR MF platform. Transactions will be processed only if the PAN matches RTA records; mismatches will lead to rejection.

• Members are advised to verify client PAN details using RTA reports and update discrepancies with the respective RTA to avoid transaction failures.
