The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 19, 2026, issued circular regarding the Operational guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Introduction of Closing Auction Session (CAS) in the Equity Segment.
This is further to NSE Circular NSE/CMTR/73362 dated March 18, 2026. In accordance with clause 4.9.2, of SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/47/11/11(3)2025-MRDPOD2/I/2765/2026 dated January 16, 2026, members are requested to take note of the Joint SOP for settlement price computation on introduction of Closing auction session in Equity Segment attached as Annexure A.
