Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on March 19, 2026, issued the appointment of effective Date for the provisions of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023.

The Central Government has notified March 19, 2026 as the appointed date for the implementation of provisions under sub-section (1) of Section 58 of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023. This notification brings the specified section of the Act into force from the said date.
