Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) on March 19, 2026, notified regarding the date of appointment of certain provisions of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023.

It states that the provisions of sections 1 to 3, 7, 9,12 to 16, 18, 20 to 39, 42 to 52, 54 to 57, sub-sections 1 to 4 and 6 of section 58, and section 59 of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023 (21 of 2023) shall come into force with effect from March 19, 2026.
