The following has been stated:
• It has initiated a New Shipper Review under Rule 22 of the Anti-Dumping Rules, 1995, to determine the individual dumping margin for M/s Anhui Krant Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., a Chinese exporter of anodized aluminium frames used in solar panels.
• The applicant claimed that it did not export the product during the original investigation period and is not related to any exporter already subject to anti-dumping duty.
• Based on prima facie evidence, the authority has started the review while recommending provisional assessment (no immediate duty) on its exports during the review period.
• The investigation period is January 2025 to December 2025, and interested parties shall submit information through the SETU portal within the prescribed timelines.
• The review aims to ensure fair determination of dumping margin for new exporters without causing undue trade restrictions.
