Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Bihar on March 19, 2026, issued extension of Time Limit for Filing Appeals before GST Appellate Tribunal (Bihar).

The Government of Bihar has notified June 30, 2026, as the last date for filing appeals before the Appellate Tribunal under the Bihar GST Act, 2017, for cases where the order was communicated before April 1, 2026. For orders communicated on or after April 1, 2026, appeals must be filed within three months from the date of communication of the order.
