Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on March 19, 2026, issued amendment in Policy condition No.2 to Chapter 95 of ITC (HS), 2022 - Schedule - 1 (Import Policy).

The Central Government deletes Policy Condition No. 2 (iii) under Chapter 95 of ITC (HS), 2022 – Schedule I (Import Policy), with immediate effect.

Effect of this Notification: Policy Condition No. 2 (iii) of Chapter 95 of ITC (HS), 2022 – Schedule I (Import Policy) stands deleted with immediate effect.
