Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 10, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Financial Disincentive (Charges) for not uploading the TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS Location information for the month of February 2026.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Trading Members must ensure all TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS terminals are properly registered with the Exchange, as per earlier notices.

• The Exchange identifies unregistered or incorrectly registered terminal locations via daily files (LC files) from Extranet.

• Orders placed from such locations attract a financial disincentive of ₹1,000 per instance.

• The February 2026 disincentive file (LCS0226) has been released and charges will be debited after 60 days from the notice.

• Members can request waiver/review of the penalty by following the procedure outlined in the relevant Exchange notice (including email, timeline, and fees).
