The Government of Uttar Pradesh on February 28, 2026, issued extension of Time Limit for Filing Appeals before GST Appellate Tribunal.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh, under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has notified June 30, 2026 as the deadline for filing appeals before the Appellate Tribunal in cases where the order was communicated before April 01, 2026.
For orders communicated on or after April 01, 2026, appeals must be filed within three months from the date of communication of the order to the concerned person.
