The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on March 20, 2026, issued notification regarding the Revocation of NSQ Order.
The earlier declaration of “Not of Standard Quality (NSQ)” for the drug Augpen LB 625 (Amoxycillin + Clavulanate + Lactic Acid Bacillus tablets/capsules) under RC-157, Batch No. ZO5AF24052, has been revoked with immediate effect. This action follows a re-evaluation of the drug sample.
The revocation is based on the test report issued by the Central Drugs Laboratory, which, upon appellate testing, has classified the concerned batch as “Of Standard Quality.” Accordingly, the earlier NSQ status stands withdrawn, and the batch is now considered compliant with quality standards.
