Labour Compliance The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on March 23, 2026, notified regarding ensuring the timely payment of GeM Dues, including MSME Payments, within 10 Days.

All units are instructed to ensure timely payments through GeM, with all dues (including MSME payments) to be cleared within 10 days of CRAC generation.

Any delay beyond this period shall be justified and properly explained in the monthly GeM pendency report.

Units shall also closely monitor pending payments and ensure prompt clearance to avoid delays.
