The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 24, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Status of Readiness and Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Investor-Facing Digital Platforms – Submission Due Date March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• As per SEBI and Exchange circulars, all Trading Members must ensure compliance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 for accessibility of digital platforms.
• Members are required to submit their readiness and compliance status to the Exchange by March 31, 2026.
• Submission must be done through the ENIT portal under the specified compliance section, following the process in Annexure A.
