The Government of Uttar Pradesh on February 04, 2026, issued the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2026 to further amend the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021, for the First Schedule set out in Column-I below, the Schedule as set out in Column-II has been substituted.
• In the said rules, for the Second Schedule set out in Column-I below, the Schedule as set out in Column-II has been substituted.
They shall come into force with effect from February 04, 2026.
