Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on March 25, 2026, issued a circular announcing a Contingency Mock Trading Session scheduled for March 28, 2026. This follows earlier postponement of the mock drill and aims to test system preparedness and business continuity mechanisms.

Members are required to participate in the mock using revised setups for NEXTRA File Uploader and UDIFF File Uploader, introduced earlier, and certify their readiness. The exchange has also informed that the existing setup without DNS changes will be discontinued from March 28, 2026, making testing of the new configuration mandatory.

The mock session will include trading activities across commodities from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, along with pre-open and re-login sessions. Additionally, production Web NCFE and Web Extranet will remain unavailable during the day, while test environments will be accessible. Members can also test functionalities related to safer participation of retail investors in algorithmic trading during the mock.
