Industry Specific ComplianceThe International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on March 25, 2026, notified regarding the Grant of Qualifying Central Counterparty (QCCP) status to IIBX operating in GIFT IFSC.

The following has been stated:

• It has been granted recognition by the International Financial Services Centres Authority to operate as both a bullion exchange and clearing corporation in GIFT IFSC under the SCRA and IFSCA regulations.

• It has been classified as a Qualifying Central Counterparty (QCCP) and designated as a Market Infrastructure Institution (MII) due to its systemic importance.

• IIBX operates under global standards aligned with the International Organization of Securities Commissions and PFMI framework, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reduced systemic risk.

• As a result, it is subject to strict regulatory oversight and shall comply with international principles governing financial market infrastructures.
