Industry Specific Compliance The University Grants Commission (UGC) on March 23, 2026, notified regarding the association of HEIs with surveys and review of the Journalism Syllabus.

All Universities and Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) are requested to associate themselves with the various surveys being conducted by the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India, (such as MoSPI, MoHFW, etc.). Further, Universities and HEIs may also review the syllabus of Joumalism courses to make them more effective
