Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 25, 2026, notified regarding the extension of the Inventory Management System (IMS) to Trading members and Clients.

The following has been stated:

• The Inventory Management System (IMS) features under NMASS have been extended from clearing members to trading members and their clients.

• Trading members can now register/deregister clients and manage password access (unlock/reset).

• Clients are enabled to initiate and track requests such as early pay-in, sell intent, conversion of EPI to sell intent, and buy intent.

• Trading members will also be able to monitor client requests and statuses.

• The enhancement aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and user convenience, with a detailed user manual provided separately.
