Secretarial Compliance The National E-Governance Services Ltd (NeSL) on March 25, 2026, notified regarding the e-Stamping System Downtime on March 31, 2026, for Uttar Pradesh and Odisha.

Due to financial year-end activities by the Stockholding Corporation of India, NeSL’s DDE e-stamping service will be unavailable on March 31, 2026, in Uttar Pradesh (from 2:00 PM) and Odisha (from 2:30 PM) till midnight.

Users are advised to plan transactions accordingly, while services in other states will continue as usual.
