MCX has introduced enhancements to the eUIMS (Electronic User ID Management System), effective March 30, 2026, to improve user management and operational efficiency.

Key updates:

• User Dashboard: 

o Centralized platform to manage user IDs and requests. 

o Categorizes users into Active, Inactive, Pending, and History. 

o Allows creation (manual/bulk), modification, cancellation, and updates (e.g., IP, address, certifications, CTCL, custodial privileges). 

• New Features: 

o Auto-populated terminal addresses based on dropdown selection. 

o Algo users: No mandatory document upload unless details are updated. 

o Proprietary trading disclosure: Upload up to 3 attachments. 

o Multi-location facility: Register up to 5 locations in one request. 

o Default location setting for proprietary trading enabled. 

Overall, these changes aim to streamline user management, reduce manual effort, and enhance system usability for members.
