Secretarial ComplianceThe National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on March 18, 2026, issued a circular regarding an amendment to Clause B (o) of Annexure O of the NSDL Business Rules related to the revocation of mandate and disablement of the client’s access to the electronic facility to submit a mandate.

The following has been stated: -

•NSDL has amended Clause B(o) of Annexure O in its Business Rules regarding revocation of mandate and disabling client access. 

•The existing clause has been split into two separate clauses, B(o) and B(p), for better clarity. 

•The changes aim to avoid misinterpretation and improve understanding of the provisions. 

•Participants are advised to take note of the amendment and ensure compliance.
