The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on March 24, 2026, issued a notification regarding clarification on the Submission of the status of Readiness and Compliance to the Accessibility Requirements.
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI has issued clarifications regarding the submission of digital accessibility compliance by Depository Participants (DPs).
•DPs must report readiness status for all digital platforms (website, mobile apps, etc.) already disclosed to CDSL.
•Details must be submitted manually in the prescribed Annexure-A format via the CDSL audit portal.
•Supporting documents must be certified accessibility reports signed by qualified professionals; entries can be edited or deleted if needed.
•All information must be accurate, aligned with earlier submissions, and completed by March 31, 2026.
