The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on March 13, 2026, issued the Corrigendum to the circular captioned “Fee structure for the entities undertaking or intending to undertake permissible activities in IFSC or persons seeking guidance under the Informal Guidance Scheme”
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Authority has clarified that in the Fee Circular dated March 02, 2026, the term “date of issuance” is replaced with “date of commencement” in clause 15.1 to remove ambiguity.
• Accordingly, specified earlier circulars (April–September 2025) will now be superseded from the date of commencement of the Fee Circular.
• The revised Fee Circular will be applicable from FY 2026–27 onwards, issued under powers of the IFSC Authority Act, 2019
