The India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited (INX) on March 31, 2026, issued a circular regarding reporting for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications and systems offered and used by market intermediaries.
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI requires market intermediaries to report AI/ML systems used or offered, as per its 2019 circular.
•For FY ending March 31, 2026, the report must be submitted by April 15, 2026 (within 15 days).
•Submission must be done online through the IIeFS portal; no other mode is accepted.
•All members must file the form, including those not using AI/ML (by selecting “No”).
