The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 30, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Quarterly Cyber Incident reporting under Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Framework for Regulated Entities (REs)
The following has been stated namely: -
• The report must be submitted by April 15, 2026 via the BEFS portal (online path provided).
• For any urgent cyber incidents, members must follow the separate SOP issued earlier
• Exchange-wise Submission Rule:
o Members registered with both BSE and NSE → report only to NSE
o Exclusive BSE members → report via BSE BEFS portal
• Guidelines for submitting the Quarterly Cyber Incident Report through the BEFS portal is given in Annexure 1
