Commercial ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on March 31, 2026, issued a notification regarding extension in Minimum Import Price (MIP) Condition of specific items covered under Chapter 48 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy).

The following has been stated: -

•Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition extended for 01 month from March 31, 2026, to April 30, 2026. 

•Applies to Virgin Multi-layer Paper Board (VPB) under specified ITC(HS) codes in Chapter 48. 

•MIP remains INR 67,220 per MT (CIF value) with no change in earlier conditions. 

•Extension continues provisions of Notification dated August 22, 2025, with the same terms.
