The Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council, on March 25, 2026, notified the Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, further to amend the Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council Regulations, 2018.
The following has been stated: -
•A new sub-regulation (2-A) has been inserted, requiring a State Government No Objection Certificate (NOC) to be attached to applications for recognition of Ayurved Nursing Training Institutions.
•Applications without the required NOC will not be considered.
•Regulation 53 has been amended by reducing the required period from 10 years to 5 years.
•Form-4 has been updated to include a new entry mandating details of the NOC, including course name and order details.
They shall come into force from March 25, 2026.
