The Ministry of Textiles, on April 01, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of the RoSCTL Scheme for Textile Exports.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government has extended the RoSCTL Scheme for apparel and made-up exports until September 30, 2026, or until further approval, with no changes in guidelines.
•Launched in 2019, the scheme rebates embedded taxes to boost global competitiveness, especially benefiting MSME exporters.
•Alongside, the RoDTEP Scheme continues for other textile products not covered under RoSCTL during the same period.
•Together, both schemes ensure comprehensive support to the textile sector and strengthen India’s export performance.
