The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 01, 2026, issued a notice regarding Submission of Half-Yearly Periodic Report for Investment Advisers.
The following has been stated:
All Investment Advisers (IAs) are required to submit their Half-Yearly Periodic Report for the period ending March 31, 2026, through the BSE portal within the submission window from April 01 to April 30, 2026. They must use their existing login credentials created at the time of registration, as new credentials will not be permitted. Advisers should prepare and submit the report in accordance with the draft format provided in Annexure I, follow the detailed steps outlined in the User Manual in Annexure II, and refer to the FAQs in Annexure III for guidance. For any queries or additional support, they may contact the designated email or phone numbers. Timely compliance is mandatory.
